"The Vision"
The Vision
Genesis 49:10, The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a
lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come: and unto him
shall the gathering of the people be.
Proverbs 29:18, Where there is no vision, the people perish…
Joel 2: 28-29, And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will
pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your
daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your
young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon
the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
In July of 2005 I went down to my basement and put on a CD by
gospel singer Vicki Yohe and went to the Lord in prayer. A song
entitled "The Mercy Seat" began to play and I felt a wave sweep
over me as though a cool breeze had come through the room. In my
spirit I saw a vision of me sitting at the edge of the mercy
seat in the tabernacle of the Lord (See Hebrews 9:4-5). The
blood of Jesus was running under the mercy seat like a river.
People were rushing towards the mercy seat and I was pulling
them up one on the right and then one on the left. I knew they
could not get up without help and I was supposed to help them. I
heard a voice in the distance from my left side that said,
"Shiloh Comes!" I fell on my face and wept. I felt the presence
of the Lord so strongly that I could do nothing more than bow my
head and weep. Then I heard another voice in the distance on my
right that said, "God closes the door and no man can open it!"
Then the people rushed towards the mercy seat crushing in on
each other trying to reach it. Way in the distance I sensed two
massive doors slowly swinging to a close. I began to reach down
and pull as fast as I possibly could one from the right and one
from the left up onto the mercy seat. I was weeping almost
uncontrollably for I knew anyone who could not get to the mercy
seat would be lost. Yet despite my sorrow for their loss the
presence of the Lord was so intoxicating that I felt I would
expire from the sheer joy and awe though I knew I was
experiencing only a tiny part of him.
I understood that I was to birth Shiloh's Place AKA Anita
Ayers Ministries. God gave me a vision of the woman in worship
you see in the opening page of the web site. I drew a crude
picture of this woman and shared it with my sister Debbie and my
niece Delores. A while later I saw almost an exact replica of
that picture on the cover of Time magazine. Now everywhere I
turn I see it replicated in Christian and secular media.
As the evening shadows of the last days fall across the face of
this earth Shiloh/Anita Ayers Ministries will reach down and
pull someone up onto the mercy seat that Jesus purchased with
his own precious blood. This is a call to action for all born
again believers across this nation and around the world. The
fields are white to harvest and the labors are few. Let us lay
down all rebellion and selfishness and pull all those we can
from eternal destruction. Glory to God for Shiloh comes!
"The
Practical Purpose"
As God gave me the vision for this ministry I began to search
out what would be the focal point. What could I teach people
that was not already abundantly available? The Lord has revealed
to me that millions of people in this country and all over the
world have a misconception of who he is and what he is offering
to them. I saw that I must teach all who will listen how deeply
and profoundly God loves them.
My quest is to reveal his passionate love towards all of us
beginning with the worst criminal and ending with the most
judgmental puritan. I must illustrate his boundless mercy most
especially to those who least deserve it. I am compelled to
explain his great generosity to the worst penny pinching miser
and his uncanny ability to reveal a brilliant diamond inside a
chunk of blackened coal. We can receive God’s blessings of
health and prosperity here and now. We cannot possibly be a
blessing if we are not blessed. We cannot be the patient and the
Doctor at the same time.
I have been given a mandate to banish the boogie man God. People
get the idea that God is out to get them. As if God were
standing back chuckling as we drown in the quagmire of our
lives. It is my call to reveal his overwhelming desire to bless
and help us in every situation. To refute and withstand those
who would misinterpret the word God to cause him to appear as an ogre of at the very least an impotent observer in our
lives. He has given us the power to be more than conquerors in
every trial. This is not: the hard old way where all we can do
is try to: keep our spirits up as we drown in sickness, poverty,
oppression and tribulation until we die and cross over into: the
sweet by and by. This is, in reality, a power packed
relationship that will bring great joy and triumph in our lives
and the lives of all those we touch.
We have opened “Shiloh’s Place” At: 8229 46th Ave. N. St.
Petersburg, Florida 33708
We are now having church unusual walking in the revelation of
the word of God and the power He has made available to us who
believe. We are a unique ministry that will minister the gospel
in a new and innovative way. We will not have church as usual in
the traditional sense. We are building a ministry that will
reach out to the un-churched non-religious people in our society
that are searching for the one true God.
I know that if we hear and obey Gods words of love and
instruction he will give us overwhelming victory in every
circumstance of our lives! We shall be well and greatly blessed
and we will accomplish his purpose for our ministry.
His willing servant,
Anita Ayers
