"The Practical Purpose"
As God gave me the vision for this ministry I began to search out what would
be the focal point. What could I teach people that was not already abundantly
available? The Lord has revealed to me that millions of people in this country
and all over the world have a misconception of who he is and what he is offering
to them. I saw that I must teach all who will listen how deeply and profoundly
God loves them.
My quest is to reveal his passionate love towards all of us beginning with
the worst criminal and ending with the most judgmental puritan. I must
illustrate his boundless mercy most especially to those who least deserve it. I
am compelled to explain his great generosity to the worst penny pinching miser
and his uncanny ability to reveal a brilliant diamond inside a chunk of
blackened coal. We can receive God’s blessings of health and prosperity here and
now. We cannot possibly be a blessing if we are not blessed. We cannot be the
patient and the Doctor at the same time.
I have been given a mandate to banish the boogie man God. People get the idea
that God is out to get them. As if God were standing back chuckling as we drown
in the quagmire of our lives. It is my call to reveal his overwhelming desire to
bless and help us in every situation. To refute and withstand those who would
misinterpret the word God to cause him to appear as either an ogre of at the
very least an impotent observer in our lives. He has given us the power to be
more than conquerors in every trial. This is not: the hard old way where all we
can do is try to: keep our spirits up as we drown in sickness, poverty,
oppression and tribulation until we die and cross over into: the sweet by and
by. This is, in reality, a power packed relationship that will bring great joy
and triumph in our lives and the lives of all those we touch.
We have opened “Shiloh’s Place” At: 8229 46th Ave. N. St. Petersburg, Florida 33708 We are now having church unusual walking in the revelation of the word of God and the power He has made available to us who believe. We are a unique ministry that will minister the gospel in a new and innovative way. We will not have church as usual in the traditional sense. We are building a ministry that will reach out to the un-churched non-religious people in our society that are searching for the one true God.
I know that if we hear and obey Gods words of love and instruction he will
give us overwhelming victory in every circumstance of our lives! We shall be
well and greatly blessed and we will accomplish his purpose for our ministry.
